What personal information does Nocturnal collect?


Purchase information:Nocturnal does not store, or have access to your credit card details if you buy a product from our website - all transaction details are handled by PayPal, which is an external company. Please refer to their website for their own privacy information.

If you make a purchase, we store your name, postal address, email, and payment receipt number. This information is stored as a proof of purchase if you require product support. This information will never be used for any other purpose, and we will not share it with other companies.

Information about your machine: When you access the Nocturnal online payment and support system from within a Nocturnal software product, a small ID token is passed to our website. This token is specific to your personal copy of the product, but there is no way to identify you, or anything about your computer from this token.

Automatic information collection: Nocturnal's websites may use "cookies" or other tools to improve your browsing experience. Like most other websites, we also collect anonymous statistics on website usage to improve our service.

Email correspondence: We at Nocturnal hate spam as much as you do, so we will never pass on your email address to anybody else, or send unsolicited bulk emails or promotional material, unless you explicitly subscribe to our mailing list.
